It’s an important question to ask: When teenagers go on a mission trip, who is it about?
Is it about teenagers leaving their home to serve and grow elsewhere?
Is it about a community full of stories of strength and struggle?
Mission trips can pull teenagers out of their comfort zones to engage in God’s story in the world. But why go if we don’t listen carefully, understand more deeply, serve humbly and build relationships?
